Presenting the ultimate aftermarket intercooler system for non-iControl Sea-Doo 215hp engines! The RIVA ‘GEN-3' Power Cooler is our next generation intercooler system featuring an "oversized" cooler element for maximum efficiency. Delivers an increase of 18 peak horsepower over original intercooler providing arm-wrenching results on the water. The ‘GEN-3' Power Cooler features a new extruded cooler core design that delivers excellent thermal efficiency and minimal pressure drops. The cooling element is dramatically more efficient than the stock unit with exit temperatures averaging 50°F cooler than stock. This delivers cooler, denser air for increased performance throughout the RPM range. Precision machined billet water tanks hold up to high pressure cooling systems that can cause original coolers to fail. Includes integrated blow-off valve mount that will accept RIVA Blow-off Valve Kits (sold separately) for improved supercharger reliability and performance, dedicated flush point, sacrificial anode and billet intake manifold block-off with accessory port. Use of Blow-off Valve also reduces supercharger clutch wear and eliminates heat soak in discharge tube. Power Cooler Kit contains all necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions.
