The best SAAB 9-3 2.8T V6 performance intercooler pipe kit on the market!
This kit is for you with high horsepower goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best! Our charge pipe has considerably better airflow than stock. This is verified by several tests, both in car and in our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.
Significant advantages with do88 charge pipes (OEM pipes):
- Air flow at 0,075bar/1,09psi pressure drop: 333CFM (303CFM), do88 10% higher! See diagram below.
- Designed to handle high pressure and temperatures!
- Fits all cars in list below!
The charge pipe between the tubo and intercooler is manufactured in 2,5”; (63mm) and the pipe between intercooler and throttle body is 2,75" (70mm). Both pipes are mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe. CNC machined sensor flange for best fit. Custom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and pressure!
Always remember that the OEM intercooler pipes and hoses were designed for the power output the car had originally. A power increase or even very hard usage of the car in a standard version may cause the OEM pipes and hoses not providing the performance that you need. So only after an engine software tune, the do88 charge pipes will give a performance increase over the OEM pipes!
do88 charge pipes comes with all hardware necessary for installation.
