  • Click on "Forgot your password?"
  • Enter the email address you used for your previous account
  • You’ll receive an email where you can easily choose a new password
  • Done! You’re now logged in to the new site

This is a one-time step to ensure everything works smoothly and correctly on the new platform.

To make a return, first make a Return request at https://maptun.com/rma. Enter the order number and which items you want to return, choose a return reason and select the desired action. You also have the option to leave a comment if you wish. Once we have received your return request, we will provide further instructions.
