Here you will find information and assistance to resolve any questions or issues. If you need help with products, orders, returns, or other inquiries, feel free to contact us.

All existing customer accounts have been transferred, so you don’t need to create a new one – but you do need to reset your password before logging in for the first time.


  • Go to the login page: https://maptun.com/login.php
  • Click on "Forgot your password?"
  • Enter the email address you used for your previous account
  • You’ll receive an email where you can easily choose a new password
  • Done! You’re now logged in to the new site

This is a one-time step to ensure everything works smoothly and correctly on the new platform.

We’re currently working on transferring previous order history to the new system. This means you won’t see your past orders right away when logging in – but rest assured, we’re working to make this information available as soon as possible.

To make a return, log in to your customer account on our website, go to your order history, and select the order you wish to return. Then, click on "Return Items," specify which items you want to return, choose a return reason, and select the desired action. You also have the option to leave a comment if you wish. Once we have received your return request, we will provide further instructions.


If your order was placed in our previous system (before June 17, 2025), you will not be able to register the return through our new system. Please contact us directly via email at info@maptun.com and we will assist you with the return manually.


If you checked out as a guest and do not have an account, you can contact us via our contact form for assistance with your return.
