Fits: All Ski-Doo / LYNX models from 2017- with an eDrive primary variator. - BRP 600 / 900 ACE. - BilletX pDrive adjustable weights. - BilletX pDrive units for quick “click” adjustment of engine RPM (+-200 RPM per click) - Magnets (24 pcs.) 1.5 grams each. - Stainless steel weight washers for fine-tuning the RPM. - Customized primary spring for ACE 150-350 Compared to the stock setup, the BilletX variator kit provides quicker throttle response and excellent downshift performance for increased acceleration. Setup Weights: 600 ACE Maptun Stage 1, =70hk The variator weight is installed without any additional weight. We need to add one 1.5g stainless steel washer to the pivot bolt. Setup Weights: 900 ACE MAPTUN Stage 1, = 100+hk The variator weight is installed with two 1.5g stainless steel washers on the pivot bolt. -Check that the pDrive unit on the weight arm points to the number 3 (empty digit) on all 3 weight arms. You can then loosen the screw and “click” the eccentric body on the pDrive unit up or down to increase or decrease engine RPM at full throttle. One “click” equals approximately 200 RPM. We recommend purchasing a small scale with 0.01-gram resolution when adjusting the weights yourself. Good to know. - More weight at the top will increase the hit speed and result in a higher gear ratio and higher top speed. - More weight in the heel will lower the hit speed and provide more acceleration and mid-range performance. - More weight in general lowers the top speed, while less weight raises the top speed.
